What’s the reason for the bruise?

Bruising on impact is a normal physiological phenomenon, but it may also be caused by platelet count reduction and coagulation dysfunction.
1. Physiological phenomenon: after the patient’s skin is hit, the capillaries rupture, resulting in subcutaneous bleeding and then forming a skin bruise.
2. Reduced platelet count: If there is insufficient platelet production or excessive destruction of platelets and abnormal distribution of platelets in the body, resulting in reduced platelet count, the phenomenon of bruising will easily occur when the patient is bumped into, which is usually accompanied by skin ecchymosis, purpura and hemorrhage.
3. Coagulation dysfunction: Coagulation dysfunction is usually related to heredity or abnormality of blood vessel wall, etc. It is easy to have bruises on bumping, usually accompanied by fever, chills, anemia, bleeding and other symptoms.
Bruises may also be caused by other reasons, so it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in time to find out the specific reasons and then target treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
