  Post-operative phase rehabilitation treatment
Phase I: (1-5 days after surgery)
Objectives: patient education, daily activities, nerve relaxation and training principles
  1.Bed transfer training

Get in and out of bed: abdominal muscles tighten and hold, use hands and elbows to support the body, keep the upper body not to bend sideways
2.Daily activity training: walking, within the range of pain and fatigue tolerance, it is recommended that several times the amount of moderate
  3.Body mechanism training
4.Maintain a neutral posture of the lumbar spine: no back extension, no bending, no side-bending, no rotation
  5.Nerve relaxation
  Ankle pump
  Patient self nerve relaxation method
First and second level nerve relaxation method
  6.Lower limb muscle strength training
  Quadriceps isometric muscle training
  Gluteus maximus isometric muscle training
Note: If the patient’s general condition is good, get out of bed in three to four days.
