What are the kidney meridian points

The main points of the kidney meridian include Yongquan, Rangu, Taixi, and Zhaohai. Yongquan acupoint is located at the intersection of the first 1/3 and the second 2/3 of the line connecting the head of the 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel of the foot. It is mainly used for treating cephalo-facial disorders such as headache, dizziness, dizziness, sore throat, dry tongue, loss of voice, etc.; psychosomatic disorders such as pediatric convulsions (pediatric disorders mainly manifested as fainting, convulsions and seizures), epilepsy, fainting; and urological disorders such as dysuria (unruly urination). Rangu point is located at the medial edge of the foot, below the thick ridge of the navicular bone, at the red and white flesh intersection (the junction between the heart of the foot and the dorsum of the foot), and is mainly used for treating menstrual disorders, vaginal itching, spermatorrhea, impotence, urinary incontinence, diarrhea, distension and pain in the chest and hypochondrium, coughing up blood, thirst and jaundice, and impotence of the lower limbs. Taixi point is located in the depression between the tip of the inner ankle and the Achilles tendon, and is useful for headache and dizziness, sore throat, toothache, deafness, tinnitus, coughing, shortness of breath, irregular menstruation, insomnia and forgetfulness, spermatorrhea and impotence. Zhaohai acupoint is located in the depression below the tip of the inner ankle, and is mainly used for treating diseases of the five senses, such as dryness of the throat, redness and swelling of the eyes; psychosomatic pathologies, such as insomnia, lethargy, panic disorder; gynecological diseases, such as menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, and leucorrhoea (abnormal leucorrhoea with blood or clots in it), and so on. The operation of kidney meridian points should be carried out by a professional acupuncturist, and individuals should not operate on their own to avoid causing adverse accidents.
