Gastroscopic manifestation of cardia cancer

Cardia cancer, i.e. malignant tumor occurring in the cardia, will have the following endoscopic manifestations: 1. an obvious elevated lesion appears in the cardia area; 2. the lesion usually appears as ulcerated and elevated type; 3. ulcerated cardia cancer will appear as erosion, bleeding, obstruction, etc.; 4. endoscopically, the edges of cardia cancer can be seen to be uneven and the bottom has an uneven feeling, which will cause bleeding when touched by endoscope. In conclusion, the final diagnosis of pancreatic cancer needs to rely on endoscopic pathological biopsy for diagnosis. Patients with pancreatic cancer can be treated by endoscopic resection or surgery in the early stage.
