How to grow up placenta previa

Placenta praevia cannot be changed by artificial factors, but can only be changed gradually with the increase of pregnancy months, as well as the extension and lengthening of the lower segment of the uterus, and may grow up on its own in the late pregnancy. Placenta praevia is a serious complication of pregnancy and is the most common cause of vaginal bleeding in late pregnancy. If there is no vaginal bleeding before 34 weeks of pregnancy, hospitalization may not be necessary, but regular ultrasound examinations should be performed to understand the relationship between the placenta and the endocervical opening. Once vaginal bleeding occurs, hospitalization is required and depending on the development of the embryo, treatment with fetal preservation or immediate termination of pregnancy is chosen. And in the late stage of pregnancy, as the uterus keeps enlarging and the placenta keeps growing, the position of the placenta may change and become normal position. In addition, pregnant women with placenta praevia should pay attention to bed rest in daily life, avoid activities that increase abdominal pressure such as straining to defecate, frequent coughing and squatting, and prohibit sexual life. You can take foods rich in protein and vitamins, such as animal liver, fish, beans, black fungus, etc., as well as fresh vegetables and fruits, to correct anemia and strengthen resistance. Avoid eating spicy and stimulating as well as raw, cold and hard foods, and prohibit smoking and alcohol.
