Is it possible to save a dilated pupil to the edge?

Patients with dilated to borderline pupils may be dead; however, patients may also be in extremely severe condition with weak vital signs, in which case they may die at any time, usually as a result of brainstem hemorrhage, brain tumor or cranial trauma, etc. If the patient’s pupils retract after prompt resuscitation and timely and correct removal of the cause, the prognosis may be improved.
