For fungal infections of the eye, there are usually two types of infections, Aspergillus infections and Candida infections. For Aspergillus infections, you can choose Natalgene eye drops (Natamycin eye drops). For Candida infections, you can choose fluconazole eye drops for the drops. Ocular fungal infections are tricky eye diseases that usually have a long course of treatment and more complications and sequelae. If the fungal infection of the eye is not controlled after choosing the right eye drops, physical treatment options are available, such as corneal debridement, removal of corneal necrosis, and cautery with iodine volts or tincture of iodine for ocular fungal infections. In case of corneal perforation, corneal transplantation is an option for treatment.
