The difference between early symptoms of melanoma and moles

Melanoma is a malignant disease with no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and it may have dark spots on the skin, or slightly elevated black papules, while moles are generally benign, and their lesions appear as white, brown, black or skin-colored patches or plaques, and so on. Melanoma is a tumor derived from the malignant transformation of melanocytes, with a relatively high degree of malignancy, and is mostly found in the skin and mucous membranes. Generally, melanoma has no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and there may be black spots or slightly elevated black papules on its skin. With the development of the disease, the scope of the skin lesions will gradually expand, and after a certain degree, the surface of the skin lesions may undergo vesiculation, or even ulceration, and so on. Moles, also known as pigmented nevi, are limited lesions on the skin and are mostly benign. There are two types of nevus: elevated and non-elevated, elevated nevus may be related to abnormal tissue proliferation, and non-elevated nevus is related to pigmentation abnormality, and its lesions are white, brown, black or skin-colored patches or plaques, etc. If no adverse reaction occurs, no special treatment can be given, and attention can be paid to observation. It is recommended that the patient should consult a doctor in time for examination, and then according to the condition of the patient and his own needs, he should be treated accordingly.
