How soon can you get pregnant after a cleanse?

Some women need to have their uterus cleared after pregnancy because of residual pregnancy material in the uterine cavity or because they have a thick endometrium due to gynecological diseases. It is usually recommended that a woman should have at least 3 periods after the removal of the uterus before getting pregnant. The endometrial lining is damaged by the operation and the menstrual disorder may occur after the operation. The endometrial lining usually grows and sheds periodically through the regulation of the menstrual cycle for 3 months in order to return to normal. Then when pregnant again, the endometrium will provide enough nutrition to meet the needs of embryonic growth and development; if pregnancy occurs too early after uterus removal, the endometrium may be poorly recovered and thin, which is not conducive to embryo implantation and growth and development, resulting in embryonic abortion and pre-eclampsia due to malnutrition, and the woman’s general condition will not be well recovered in the short term after uterus removal, which is not conducive to pregnancy. It is hoped that the body will be adjusted to a good state of health before pregnancy, and oral folic acid should be taken three months before pregnancy to prevent the occurrence of fetal neural tube abnormality. In conclusion, it is important to wait for at least three months after the menstrual cycle to return to normal after the operation before pregnancy can occur.
