Pericardial cysts do not usually cause headaches. Pericardial cysts occur mainly in the heart, and during the onset of a pericardial cyst there is discomfort mainly in the heart area, but not usually in the head, so heart cysts do not usually cause headaches. Headaches are usually associated with high blood pressure, poor rest, or migraine headaches, or may be caused by vascular headaches, which are usually not associated with pericardial cysts. Patients with cardiac cysts may experience frequent shortness of breath, panic attacks, cardiac discomfort, coughing, and heartburn, and further aggravation of the condition may interfere with normal breathing, which can lead to tightness in the chest and a significant sense of distress. It is recommended to do cardiac ultrasound, cardiac function test analysis as soon as possible; and for the symptoms of headache, you can do brain CT, cranial magnetic resonance examination to analyze the cause of the disease, and then combined with the doctor’s recommendations for targeted treatment.
