When is it appropriate to keep the fetus

Recently, several patients with 30+ days of pregnancy have been diagnosed through urine and blood hcg tests and have experienced a little discomfort in the lower abdomen or a little vaginal bleeding, asking whether I should check progesterone and whether I need to keep the pregnancy. 1.Simple lower abdominal pain on the 30th day of pregnancy is mostly due to the hormonal changes in the body and the mental and psychological tension of pregnant women, and most of them do not have much effect. 2.If a very small amount of dark brown blood appears during this period and clears on its own in about 3 days, without obvious abdominal pain and other discomfort, most of them are considered to be pseudomenstrual reactions, which are common in first-time mothers. 3. If you experience pain on one side of the lower abdomen during this period, and the pain gradually increases and combined with vaginal bleeding for more than a week, you should highly suspect the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. It is recommended to monitor hcg and progesterone dynamically, and only if the intrauterine pregnancy is confirmed, it is recommended to perform fertility preservation treatment.
