Myopic students how to control vision

  With the increasing study load of teenagers and the growing popularity of electronic products, the number of teenagers with myopia is increasing, and the degree of myopia is also gradually increasing. How to control the eyesight and slow down or even stop the myopia from deepening has become a great concern for parents and students. Pay attention to the following points to effectively control the development of myopia.  Pay attention to eye hygiene Don’t read in too much light or too dark, don’t lie down or read in a shaky car. Strengthen physical exercise, develop good physical fitness, and pay attention to maintain adequate sleep. Usually do eye exercises to effectively reduce visual fatigue.  Reasonable dietary structure Do not be partial, picky, overeating, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, eat less sugar and snacks containing more sugar, and develop good eating habits. Pay attention to the nutrient vitamins that help maintain normal vision, such as: animal liver, milk and dairy products, egg yolk, carrots, spinach and soy products, etc.
