When to use antibiotics

And when using antibiotic medicine also according to the principles of antibiotic use: 1, to determine whether it is a bacterial infection, to have a clear indication of bacterial infection; 2, when the pathogenic bacteria is unknown, should first take a broad-spectrum strong antibiotics, as far as possible to cover the possible pathogens. When the diagnosis is clear, then switch to targeted narrow-spectrum antibacterial drugs according to the drug sensitivity test to reduce the generation of drug-resistant bacteria; 3. Try to shorten the course of antibiotic administration.
