Newborn nostril spitting usually indicates that the child is choking on milk because the nasal cavity and airway are connected, and such a situation is mostly due to milk choking into the airway. The stomach is generally horizontal, and the gastric inlet cardia is more relaxed, when the abdominal pressure increases, the milk will reflux, appearing spitting up, choking symptoms. Once this happens, pick up the child quickly, pat the child’s back to prevent choking, do not lay the child on his back, lie on his side to avoid accidental suction. Newborn nostril vomiting can also occur when there is poor digestion. The main thing is to prevent the child from accidentally sucking milk when there is poor digestion and regurgitation of milk that comes out of the nasal cavity. Because of frequent nostril spitting and choking, to avoid causing lung infection in the child, which can develop into neonatal pneumonia, the child needs to be observed to avoid symptoms.
