Occult penis is a common congenital developmental abnormality and deformity, also called buried penis. Its clinical manifestation is that the penis body is shrunken and hidden inside the body, and only part of the foreskin protrudes outside. If the penis skin is squeezed inward with the hand, the penis body will be revealed, and when the hand is slightly released, the penis body will retract.
