There is a difference between cervical bleeding and uterine bleeding, firstly, the location is different. Cervical bleeding mostly refers to bleeding on the surface of the cervix or in the cervical canal. It is common in cervical polyps, chronic inflammation of the cervix, and early stage of cervical cancer can lead to cervical bleeding. Uterine bleeding refers to bleeding from the endometrium and is often due to the following causes: the first is submucosal fibroids that cause uterine bleeding. The second one is endometrial polyps, atypical hyperplasia of the endometrium, and endometrial cancer can all cause intrauterine bleeding. So this is the difference between the two, one is a different site and the other has a different etiology. It is recommended to do a detailed examination for bleeding in either area and then give treatment according to the diagnosis.
