Fatty grains is the common name for what is actually referred to in dermatology as two common skin conditions, one being milia and the other being sweat duct tumors. They both occur around the eyes, with milia appearing as multiple, domed, white, hard papules the size of a grain of corn, and sweat duct tumors as skin-colored, partially fused, fine, soft papules. They can both be treated with carbon dioxide laser or high frequency ionization to cauterize them, and acne can be removed by acne needle picking.
