There are different levels of school aversion, but in general, mild to moderate aversion does not mean refusing to go to school, but merely a lack of interest in learning and a lack of concentration when studying. In contrast, severe anxiety, or school phobia, can be accompanied by physical symptoms in addition to mental anxiety, and is a form of anxiety disorder and can be considered a mental illness.
