Post-traumatic stress disorder has three main clinical manifestations: First, it is intrusive re-experiencing, repeatedly occurring intrusive flashbacks of traumatic experiences, that is, flashbacks of a scene, or such traumatic scenes also appear in dreams, or when faced with some similar stimulus scenes, it will involuntarily recall them repeatedly. Secondly, it is the high arousal state of post-traumatic exposure, that is, the continuous increase of alertness, the appearance of sensitivity and paranoia, and the appearance of tension and fear at the slightest wind and movement. Third, is the avoidance of trauma-related stimuli, that is, the patient continues to deliberately avoid activities or scenes that easily remind him of the traumatic scene, and occasionally some panic attacks and aggressive behaviors may occur, all of which are sudden awakening of the traumatic memories.
