Prevention and management of pre-eclampsia, you should do this

Conception and pregnancy is an extremely complex and coordinated physiological process. From conception to delivery of the fetus, a combination of internal and external factors affects the mother and the fetus at all times. If unfavorable factors prevail, then a normal pregnancy will turn into an abnormal one, which may lead to the termination of a pregnancy at any time.
Symptoms and management of pre-eclampsia during early pregnancy
In medicine, we call the termination of pregnancy before 28 weeks of gestation due to some reasons as miscarriage, the termination of pregnancy before 12 weeks of gestation as early miscarriage, and the termination between 12 and 28 weeks as late miscarriage. Among the miscarriages caused by non-human factors, early miscarriages account for more than 80%, so mothers-to-be in early pregnancy need to be vigilant at all times if you cherish the little life that settles in your body.
  Signs of Premature Miscarriage
Vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain in early pregnancy are the most unsettling things for mothers-to-be, and the fear of losing a little life may always be with them. Therefore, mothers-to-be in early pregnancy need to be aware of some symptoms that may indicate miscarriage, such as a small amount of vaginal bleeding, less than the usual amount of menstrual bleeding, bright red or pink in color (bloody leukorrhea), or dark red-blooded.
The vaginal bleeding may occur for a few hours or days with mild lower abdominal pain or back pain, but no tissue-like material is discharged from the vagina. Doctors recommend going to the hospital to further clarify the cause and the condition of the fetus if possible in case of any of these conditions. If, after the doctor’s examination, the cervical opening is not open, the amniotic sac is not broken, the size of the uterus is consistent with the number of weeks of menopause; the urine pregnancy test is still positive; and the embryo or fetus is viable on ultrasound, then medically we call it preterminal abortion, which means that after rest and treatment, if the related symptoms disappear, the pregnancy can continue, or if the symptoms further worsen, it can develop into a miscarriage.
  I. Prevention in the first place
In early pregnancy, the placenta is not fully formed and the embryo is not firmly attached to the uterine wall, so you should pay attention to the combination of work and rest and keep a happy mood.
1, do not do too much physical labor, especially heavy labor that increases abdominal pressure, such as carrying water, carrying heavy objects, etc. Also try to avoid dangerous actions that may lead to trauma, such as climbing, running, etc.
2, the abdomen is squeezed during sex, while the stimulation of the cervix can also induce contractions, so sex should be prohibited in the first three months of pregnancy.
3.Try to stay away from the environment that may have pollution. Avoid contact with harmful chemicals, such as benzene, arsenic, mercury, radiation, etc.; go to public places less often to prevent disease infection. Once you get sick, get medical treatment in time; reduce the contact time with computers, cell phones and other radioactive objects.
4, suffering from tuberculosis, anemia, pneumonia, thyroid disease, as well as poor physical condition of women, prone to pre-eclampsia miscarriage, so before pregnancy should be actively treated the original disease, to be healed before considering pregnancy.
For mothers-to-be who have a history of miscarriage, they can take a small amount of progestin under the guidance of doctors to calm the fetus after another pregnancy, and mothers-to-be with loose cervical opening can have cervical ligation around 16-18 weeks of pregnancy and have the ligation removed before the expected delivery date.
  Second, active response
1, bed rest, reduce activities, but not 24 hours are lying in bed without moving, even urine and defecation are afraid to get out of bed, should be relieved of unnecessary worries, to avoid the tension, appropriate light activities.
2.Prohibit sexual life and minimize unnecessary vaginal examination to avoid stimulation of the uterus.
3.Eat a highly nutritious and easily digestible diet to supplement sufficient nutrition. Eat more fresh vegetables, drink more water and keep bowel movements smooth.4 If the situation does not improve significantly and there is paroxysmal severe pain in the lower abdomen with increased bleeding, you should remain calm and go to the hospital immediately. Fear and anxiety will only aggravate the symptoms.
The mother-to-be should also understand that birth control is not necessary at all times.
Most miscarriages are due to the natural elimination process caused by congenital abnormalities of the embryo’s chromosomal abnormalities, which is a natural selection of superiority from the eugenic point of view.
Only if there is no obvious cause, but only due to excessive fatigue, abdominal trauma, abdominal surgery, etc., as long as the doctor judges that the embryo is healthy, it can be preserved; if the embryo developmental abnormalities account for about 60% due to exposure to harmful substances, such as radiation, viruses, etc., at this time of preterm abortion, do not blindly preserve the fetus.
If there is no hope of preserving the pregnancy, it will take six months to a year before conception after termination of pregnancy.
