Chest tightness in secondary school students is mainly considered to occur due to increased academic stress, which is a kind of phytonadic dysfunction. In similar cases, we should first improve the electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound to rule out some organic pathologies, such as congenital heart disease or other cardiomyopathy that may be undetected in early stages. In this case, after completing the ECG and cardiac ultrasound, an exclusive diagnosis will be made. If no abnormalities are found in the cardiac ultrasound and ECG, the main thing is to regulate emotions, not to give too much stress to the academic aspect, and to relax properly. Parents are also advised to provide regular exercise programs for high school students and appropriate outdoor exercise to relax their emotions.
