Treatment of Fungal Infections of Hands and Feet

Hand and foot fungal infection, i.e. tinea pedis, its treatment is drug therapy. Tinea versicolor is a superficial skin fungal infection caused by dermatophytes, and clinically it mainly manifests as blisters, vesicles, scales and keratinization of the skin of the hands and feet, etc. Its treatment is mainly based on topical medication, and oral medication can be considered when the effect is not good. Commonly used topical antifungal drugs include clotrimazole, miconazole, terbinafine, amorolfine, etc. Topical antifungal drugs have a fast onset of action, low cost and good safety. If the topical medications alone are not effective, a combination of oral and topical antifungal medications can be considered. Oral drugs include itraconazole or terbinafine. The use of drugs should be under the guidance of medical professionals.
