What to do about abdominal pain

Pain in the small abdomen should be treated according to the location, nature and etiology of the pain in a targeted manner. If the pain is due to cystitis or urinary stones, this condition can be considered, by applying heat and, if necessary, giving antispasmodic and analgesic as well as antibiotic symptomatic treatment, which may relieve the small abdominal distension and pain, or by means of extracorporeal laser lithotripsy. For some diseases, such as lower abdominal pain caused by inflammatory conditions such as pelvic inflammatory disease and appendicitis in women, anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment should be given after the diagnosis is clear. If the pain is more intense and cannot be relieved by the application of antibiotics, surgical treatment options can also be taken. The pain in the lower abdomen should be examined in detail in a regular hospital to find the exact cause of the disease, and the corresponding symptomatic treatment should be given according to the cause.
