Can masturbation cause premature ejaculation?

The cause of premature ejaculation has been variously described and is still not very clear. With the launch of drugs such as Billy Power, many patients have been treated effectively. But there are still many patients who have the doubt that having masturbated is the cause of premature ejaculation. This question still needs a very clear answer. However, there is no scientific basis to support whether masturbation can cause premature ejaculation. It is generally believed that moderate masturbation can relieve the sexual stress of unmarried young people, making the effective release of sexual pressure a harmless form of sexual venting. Some patients who do not have the habit of masturbation can get stubborn premature ejaculation, and some people who have masturbated may have normal ejaculation times. Therefore, moderate masturbation is generally not considered to be a trigger for premature ejaculation. The “squeezing technique” proposed by American sexologists Masters and Johnson to treat premature ejaculation is actually a “modified version” of masturbation. This treatment requires patients to stop stimulating when they are about to ejaculate, and to pinch the glans to make the glans engorged gradually subside. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. Of course, this method does not work 100% of the time, but there is no evidence to support that this behavioral therapy has aggravated premature ejaculation. So masturbation, especially moderate masturbation and occasional masturbation, is not a trigger for premature ejaculation. However, there are degrees of relaxation in everything, and if excessive masturbation, frequent long-term masturbation can still have a detrimental effect on ejaculation. The first is the psychological impact, due to the influence of traditional culture, many unmarried people always have “regret” after masturbation, and even “guilt”, but the physical impact, repeated masturbation, frequent excessive masturbation, easy to make the seminal vesicles, prostate and other parts of congestion, so that the establishment of the ejaculation reflex “easy”. This is especially true for many people who masturbate before marriage, because they are accustomed to the stimulation of masturbation, but after marriage, it is not easy to adapt to vaginal intercourse, resulting in non-ejaculation or premature ejaculation, which are very common in clinical practice. Therefore, moderate masturbation is not considered to induce premature ejaculation, and abstaining from frequent and excessive masturbation is still helpful for premature ejaculation patients.
