  Sports injuries are divided into.

  2, strain plus explosive force injury. Long-term wrong technical training action caused an undue heavy load on a part of the body, so that the part of the tissue degeneration, loss of tissue due to the elasticity and toughness, reducing the load capacity of the tissue. For example, when making a jump, due to incorrect movements, the two feet do not land at the same time, so that the ground reaction force is not evenly borne on the two heels, and over time will cause unilateral heel strain degeneration, when subjected to a sudden plus a large burst of force, heel injury.
  A part of the body tissues, long-term, monotonous exercises, and do not pay attention to the adjustment, so that the tissue accumulated a number of times, repeated injury. This injury is mostly seen in the joints, tendons, tendon attachments and weight-bearing bone tissue. To prevent accumulative injuries, it is often difficult to receive the desired effect by relying solely on medical treatment. For minor injuries should pay attention to treatment, stop local training, avoid repeated injuries, so that the injured tissue has a quiet repair process and conditions. This is the fundamental reason why sports injuries are difficult to cure for a long time and the treatment principle of prevention-oriented sports injuries is emphasized again and again.
