What causes moles in adulthood

Moles in adulthood are often due to an abnormal increase in pigment cells and localized pigment cell deposits caused by slow metabolism. In this case, the treatment method is determined mainly by the depth of the mole. If the nevus cell increase and pigment accumulation is at the epidermal level, photorejuvenation can be used to solve the skin pigmentation at the epidermal level; if the nevus cell production is at the deeper layer of the skin, the pigmentation can be broken up by the Q755nm laser or emerald laser to accelerate its metabolism. For moles that appear in the elderly, we should be highly alert to the occurrence of basal cell carcinoma. In addition to facial age spots, sudden appearance of black moles should be alerted to the presence of basal cell carcinoma if the surface is broken. It should be removed surgically and pathological examination should be done to confirm whether cancer has occurred.
