Low white blood cells do not usually cause dizziness in patients, but it is important to clarify whether the dizziness is related to low white blood cells. Clinically, patients with cirrhosis will have low white blood cells, while the patient’s red blood cells and platelet protein are also low which is caused by hypersplenism, and this type of patient will show symptoms of dizziness mainly related to the patient’s anemia. Low white blood cells generally do not cause dizziness, but low white blood cells generally lead to low immunity, making the patient more susceptible to bacterial and viral infections, such as colds and fevers. If the dizziness is determined to be caused by low white blood cells, the patient can be given symptomatic oral medication, such as oral diethylstilbestrol tablets to raise white blood cells, and the dizziness may be relieved, or oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, which can be used to stop the dizziness.
