Ba Zheng San Plus Reduction is generally not used for the treatment of premature ejaculation. Bazheng San is an expectorant of dampness, with the efficacy of clearing away heat and fire (removing heat and fire from the body), inducing diuresis and promoting gonorrhea. It is used in treating dampness-heat gonorrhea (increased frequency of urination, astringent pain in drowning, poor dribbling, reddish-colored urine, or even urinary retention (inability to urinate or not urinating), acute fullness of the abdomen, and dryness of the mouth and pharynx. The adverse effects and contraindications of this formula are not clear. For the treatment of deficiency, tonifying the spleen and kidney is the mainstay, or nourishing yin and lowering fire (nourishing the yin essence and lowering the fire), or warming the kidney and benefiting the qi, or nourishing the heart and the spleen (using nourishing medicines to replenish the heart and the spleen), and supplementing it with fixing astringency, and for solid cases, clearing dampness and heat of the liver meridian (the liver meridian feels the dampness and heat of evil qi) is the mainstay. When discomfort occurs, one should consult a doctor in time, and choose medication under the guidance of the physician’s diagnosis and guidance, and should not use medication on one’s own, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
