Tinea versicolor, also known as “goose paws”, does not have the most effective creams for treating tinea versicolor due to individual differences between patients. Commonly used therapeutic drugs include topical antifungal drugs and salicylic acid ointment. 1. Topical antifungal drugs: these drugs are better for ringworm. Commonly used drugs are clotrimazole ointment, ketoconazole cream and so on. Its common side effects are discomfort and dryness of the coated area, and a few patients may have allergic reactions. 2. Salicylic acid ointment: it has a better stripping effect on the keratin proliferation of tinea versicolor, and can be used together with antifungal drugs. Its common adverse reactions are irritation and contact dermatitis. When the patient is found to suffer from tinea cruris, should go to the hospital dermatology department in a timely manner, follow the doctor’s instructions to use medication, do not recommend self-medication, so as not to delay the condition or adverse reactions.
