Restoration of chipped and missing teeth

Restoration of dental defects: restoring the morphology, function and aesthetics of the defective tooth with artificially fabricated restorations. The restorations used for restorative treatment of dental defects include inlays, partial crowns, full crowns and pile crowns. Fixed denture (fixed bridge) restorations for tooth loss: natural teeth or roots at either end of the gap or at one end of the gap are used as abutments to restore the anatomical form and physiological function of the missing tooth. Removable partial denture restoration for missing teeth: The restoration is supported by the remaining natural teeth and the mucosa and bone tissue covered by the denture abutment, and the patient can remove the restoration by himself or herself with the retention of the denture and the abutment. Complete denture restoration for missing teeth: When the teeth are missing, the chewing function is lost, the morphology of the jaw and face is changed, the cheeks are collapsed, wrinkles are increased, and the face is aging. Therefore, the missing teeth should be restored with a denture. However, for some patients with low alveolar ridge, it is difficult to achieve good retention, stability and support with traditional complete denture; implant denture makes patients feel more beautiful and comfortable, and has good retention and stability effect, and patients can quickly adapt to it, and the chewing effect is greatly improved than traditional movable denture.
