What’s wrong with lots of little black moles?

A lot of small moles on the body may be caused by pigmented nevi, filiform warts, seborrheic keratosis, etc. They are mainly related to sun exposure, human papillomavirus infection, heredity and other factors.
1. Nevus pigmentosus: If the patient is exposed to the sun for a long time, the melanocytes of the local skin will be in an active state, thus releasing a large number of melanin particles in the local skin, which will lead to the symptom of a lot of small nevi on the patient’s body.
2. Filiform warts: If the patient’s body resistance is poor, this may lead to human papilloma virus infection, thus stimulating the local skin mucosa, so that the local production of benign superfluous organisms, triggered by a lot of moles on the body. It is usually manifested as a localized elongated filamentous protrusion, which is normal skin or brownish-black in color.
3. Seborrheic keratosis: if the patient’s parents suffer from seborrheic keratosis, the patient may inherit the genes of the parents, resulting in chromosomal abnormality and the condition of many small moles on the body.
