What are the causes of groin pain on both sides in men?

Groin pain in men can be due to lesions in the abdominal cavity that cause visceral or involvement pain, such as appendicitis and ureteral calculi. Or pain due to lesions in the abdominal wall, such as inguinal lymphadenitis, hernia, spermatic syringomyelia, etc.
The exact cause needs to be seen in hospital and some necessary ancillary tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
