Menstruation, is it detoxifying?

Recently, when talking to certain patients, it was mentioned that: after the placement of the Mannorrhea, there will be amenorrhea; after the removal of the uterus, there will be no menstruation. The first reaction of the patients was almost always: “No, that’s not good, there is no more detoxification route. It seems that the idea that “menstruation has a detoxifying effect” has penetrated into the hearts of the general public, and for this reason, more people come to hospitals for treatment of “menorrhagia” than for “menorrhagia”. The reason for this is that more people come to the hospital for treatment because of “menstruation” than because of “menstruation”, because “I am worried because I can’t get rid of the poison” and “I am happy because I have more menstruation, because I have got rid of the poison”. What is menstruation? What does menstrual blood consist of? Is it detoxifying or not? There is a common term for menstruation, which is a necessary monthly period. The professional term should be: the periodic shedding and bleeding of the endometrium that accompanies the cyclical changes of the ovaries. Regarding menstrual blood, it is composed of: blood + endometrial fragments + cervical mucus + shed vaginal epithelial cells, in addition to the prostaglandins and fibrinolytic enzymes. It is obvious that the above-mentioned components: blood, endometrium and vaginal epithelial cells are not poisonous; cervical mucus has a protective effect on preventing vaginal bacteria from entering the uterus today, so it is certainly not poisonous; as for prostaglandins and fibrinolytic enzymes, they exist in large quantities in normal human bodies, and are not poisonous. Therefore, there is no such thing as “poison” in menstrual blood, so how can menstruation be detoxified? The second question is, since menstruation is not for detoxification, then why is it necessary to have menstruation? The reason is simple, because the endometrium is the “bed” where the fertilized egg is laid, so you can say that it is preparing for the fertilized egg to be laid every month (except before puberty, after menopause, during pregnancy), but it is impossible to get pregnant every month, so every month the mature endometrium is “ripe”. “This results in menstruation.
