Couples living together in marriage for more than 3 months, the male partner has no desire for sexual intercourse under effective sexual stimulation, no active sexual demand, or bored with sexual intercourse, no pleasure; or slow and indifferent response to his spouse’s sexual behavior; or the initial level of sexual behavior is reduced, and the sexual impulse is not easily initiated. The diagnosis can be made as long as there is a disorder of sexual receptivity, not secondary symptoms, often accompanied by phallic fistula, premature ejaculation, seminal emission, etc. The main causes of decreased libido are: (1) functional etiology.
