What’s wrong with being hot?

There are more reasons for panic in the heat, including physiological and pathological factors such as anemia, hyperthyroidism and heart failure.
1. Physiological factors: the weather is too hot, resulting in patients sweating more, thus causing blood volume insufficiency, leading to sympathetic nerve excitation. It can also cause patients to experience symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and panic, which are relatively normal physiological phenomena.
2. Pathological factors: mainly caused by certain disease factors, such as anemia, hyperthyroidism, heart failure and so on.
(1) Anemia: Anemia can lead to a decrease in the number of hemoglobin and red blood cells in the patient’s blood, resulting in a lack of oxygen and blood in the heart. Therefore, the heart needs to speed up the heartbeat to promote blood circulation, thus causing panic.
(2) Hyperthyroidism: because of the excessive secretion of thyroid hormones, prompting the sympathetic nerves in a state of over-excitement, can also lead to panic attacks.
(3) Heart failure: this can lead to a decrease in the contraction capacity of the patient’s heart muscle and insufficient blood supply to the organs and tissues, which can cause the heart to beat faster and lead to panic and other uncomfortable symptoms.
Since there are many reasons for panic in the heat, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in time for consultation and treatment.
