Pre-eclampsia bleeding for more than a few days does not preserve the fetus

The duration of bleeding after preterm abortion without fetal preservation is related to the condition of the fetus and there is individual variability. For pregnant women with heavy bleeding and severe abdominal pain in early pregnancy, spontaneous abortion is usually possible within 1-3 days. Pre-eclampsia miscarriage has two outcomes, one is that it can be preserved and return to a normal pregnancy; the other is that preservation is unsuccessful and spontaneous miscarriage or embryonic arrest occurs. If the pre-eclampsia starts with heavy bleeding and severe abdominal pain, spontaneous abortion can usually occur within 1-3 days. If the patient has less bleeding, after rest and fetal preservation, the patient whose embryo is found to be developing normally by the doctor’s examination can continue the pregnancy. Therefore, if vaginal bleeding occurs during pregnancy, you should seek medical attention and ultrasound examination in time. If it is clear that the embryo is poorly developed, patients with abnormal indicators such as persistent or decreasing blood HCG are indicated to have miscarriage and the pregnancy should be terminated, and those who bleed a lot in early miscarriage should undergo a timely removal of the uterus. The observation time for spontaneous abortion is usually 3-7 days. If vaginal bleeding or intermittent bleeding still occurs after more than 7 days, immediate measures are recommended. In addition, pregnant women should pay attention to avoid overexertion, avoid spicy, cold and other stimulating foods, and avoid strenuous activities in daily life to reduce the possibility of pre-eclampsia abortion.
