Treatment of cervical vertigo

  Vertigo is a common and frequent disease that can be caused by otologic diseases, ophthalmologic or neurologic diseases.  Of course, cervical spondylosis can also cause vertigo. Cervical spondylosis vertigo is characterized by neck activities that induce or aggravate vertigo, and patients are afraid of neck activities. If there is any of the above conditions, combined with cervical MRI examination, which reveals a herniated disc and dural compression, cervical vertigo can be diagnosed.  Treatment is mainly conservative and can be based on cervical traction, application of medication to control vertigo, combined with the application of cervical brace. If the effect is not good or if it comes back within 3 months. It can be treated with radiofrequency ablation, which is almost non-invasive and has an immediate effect.
