Postpartum thrombosis cannot be cured by itself and usually needs to be treated by different methods such as drug anticoagulation and surgery.
1. Drug anticoagulation: for both lower limbs or other parts of the body, there is a small activity, safer venous thrombosis, in the acute stage usually take low molecular heparin anticoagulation, after the condition is stabilized, you need to take regular long-term oral rivaroxaban, warfarin and other anticoagulant medicines, when using warfarin, you need to go to the hospital regularly to check the coagulation function.
2. Surgical treatment: for the thrombus with high activity or thrombus in important blood vessels, surgical treatment can be adopted, and the surgical methods include interventional surgery, implantation of inferior vena cava filter and so on.
