Myocardial infarction with dilated pupils needs to be clearly diagnosed, and according to the patient’s condition, chest compression, thrombolysis, intervention or surgery can be given.
1. Improve the electrocardiogram, coronary angiography and other tests to clarify the diagnosis, and at the same time, carry out electrocardiographic monitoring and oxygenation symptomatic treatment.
2. If the patient is combined with cardiac arrest, chest compressions and epinephrine can be given.
3. If combined with ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, antiarrhythmic drugs such as lidocaine, amiodarone, or electric defibrillation should be given. If the combination of cardiogenic shock can be given aortic balloon counterpulsation.
4. To improve coronary perfusion, thrombolysis, intervention or surgical bypass can be given.
Myocardial infarction and dilated pupils require immediate medical attention.
