How to increase far-sightedness reserve

There is no effective way to increase the reserve of hyperopia, and children need to develop good eye habits to slow down the decrease of the reserve of hyperopia.
Hyperopia reserve refers to physiologic hyperopia, which is usually around 300 degrees when a baby is born. With growth and development, the length of the eye axis will continue to get longer and longer, and the physiological hyperopia can be gradually reduced. Generally, the physiological hyperopia will disappear when the baby reaches the age of about 12 years old, but there is no effective way to increase the hyperopia reserve at present.
If physiologic hyperopia disappears too quickly, the child is more likely to develop myopia. In order to delay the disappearance of physiologic hyperopia, children need to develop good eye habits, do more outdoor sports, and avoid prolonged near eye use.
Patients with pathologic hyperopia are advised to consult a doctor for evaluation of their condition and treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
