What kind of injection for blood clots?

Thrombolytic injections can play the role of anticoagulation, anti-platelet aggregation and thrombolysis, and the representative drugs are low molecular heparin, tirofiban, urokinase and so on. 1. Anticoagulation: common drug is low molecular heparin, subcutaneous injection is used for patients with mild to moderate risk of thromboembolism, which can prevent deep vein thrombosis caused by surgery. Antiplatelet aggregation: common drug is tirofiban, intravenous injection can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients with ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome and elective percutaneous coronary intervention. There are adverse reactions such as bleeding, nausea, and ecchymosis. Contraindicated in patients with malignant hypertension, history of intracranial disease, coagulation disorders; used with caution in patients with cardiogenic shock, severe heart failure. 3. Thrombolysis: common drugs for urokinase, intravenous injection for the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular embolism and other diseases. There are adverse reactions such as bleeding, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. It is contraindicated in patients with acute bleeding disorders, old cerebral infarction, history of surgery in the last 2 months and other patients with high risk of bleeding. All of the above medications should be applied under medical supervision.
