What’s wrong with constant tinnitus?

  There are many causes of tinnitus, which may be related to the state of the human body and diseases. Once the organism has tinnitus, attention should be drawn to the fact that it may be caused by some diseases in the organism, and the common diseases are auditory system diseases and systemic diseases.  1.Auditory system diseases. If there is earwax obstruction, swelling or foreign body in the external ear canal, it may cause persistent tinnitus. Inflammation in the middle ear, such as otitis media and otosclerosis, can also cause problems in the auditory system. Trauma, sudden deafness, and noise deafness can also cause the body to be in a state of tinnitus for a long time.  2. Systemic diseases. Usually, cardiovascular diseases, autonomic dysfunction, and endocrine diseases can cause persistent tinnitus: (1) Cardiovascular diseases: such as hypertension, hypotension, hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, etc.  (2) Autonomic dysfunction: e.g. mental stress, depression, neurological dysfunction.  (3) Endocrine disorders: for example, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction.  (4) Other: e.g. trauma, drug poisoning, inflammation, malocclusion, neurodegenerative changes.  If the organism shows symptoms of tinnitus, it should be promptly noticed that it may be caused by several reasons as above.
