Patients are able to determine the severity of tonsillar enlargement through physical examination, ultrasound examination, and pathological tissue examination. There are three levels of tonsillar enlargement according to the degree of enlargement, and when the enlargement reaches level III, patients may exhibit symptoms such as dysphagia, dyspnea, and pain, and need to be treated as soon as possible.
