What is the difference between a false sweat and a normal sweat?

So-called false sweating, which generally refers to sweating that occurs for no apparent reason, mostly occurs in patients who are in poor physical condition and lack exercise.
If the patient is not exercising intensely, is not in a room with high temperatures, is not eating spicy food items or experiencing mental stimulation, and is in a normal state of naturally occurring sweating symptoms, they are considered false sweats.
