According to the pathological characteristics of the organization, it is divided into connective tissue external hemorrhoids, thrombosed external hemorrhoids, varicose external hemorrhoids, inflammatory external hemorrhoids four categories. Diagnostic criteria: connective tissue external hemorrhoids: soft, elevated tissue below the dentate line, covered with skin, no pain, no redness or swelling, also known as dermatomes. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids: sudden erythematous mass below the dentate line. Pain is obvious and hard nodules are palpable under the skin. Varicose external hemorrhoids: when increasing abdominal pressure below the dentate line to form a bulging mass, soft texture, no pain, subcutaneous visible dilated blood vessel mass. Inflammatory external hemorrhoids: red and swollen mass below the dentate line, the onset of the disease is more acute, the skin of the mass is edematous and flushed, and the pressure pain is obvious. 3, mixed hemorrhoids mixed hemorrhoids refers to the tooth line above and below the fusion of each other’s elevated tissue, it has the clinical characteristics of internal and external hemorrhoids.
