It is not scientific to say that fatty liver causes pain in three places, but it causes pain in the right upper abdomen or right quadrilateral rib area, i.e. pain in the liver area. Clinically, fatty liver is categorized into alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver, and according to the scope of lesion involvement, it can be categorized into mild, moderate and severe. Clinically, mild fatty liver usually has no manifestations and is mostly detected during physical examination, while patients with moderate or severe fatty liver may have symptoms such as fatigue, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, and vague pain in the right upper abdomen. Fatty liver pain is usually caused by fat deposition in the liver, which makes the periosteum of the liver swollen, thus pulling the hepatic ligament, causing severe pain in the right upper abdomen, i.e. the liver area. Secondly, fatty liver has various manifestations, and liver biopsy is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. If the above situations occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for early diagnosis and treatment.
