I. Initial 0 to 7 days

2.Day 1 after surgery.
(1) After the removal of the indwelling catheter and drainage tube, you can use crutches and walk on the ground without weight on the affected limb; it is normal for the affected limb to feel heavy and swollen.
(2) supine straight leg raising exercise 10 times per group, 2 groups per day Ankle pump exercise 300 to 500 times per day (some patients start straight leg raising exercise cannot lift is normal, do not interrupt trying to lift exercise)
3.3 days to 7 days after surgery.
(1) lower limb walking exercises: repeat the above 2 contents, the affected limb can gradually bear weight, with support crutches to walk on the ground, crutches time distance from less to more
(2) Joint movement exercises: no flexion and extension exercises for one week after surgery, and knee flexion and extension exercises for the affected knee on the 7th day, and knee flexion exercises in the morning. Knee flexion reaches 90 to 100 degrees 2 weeks after surgery.
II. Early 8 days to 4 weeks
1.Lower limb muscle strength exercises: supine straight leg raising exercises 10 times per group, 4 groups per day, walking time and distance on crutches from less to more.
2.Joint movement exercises: sitting leg hanging exercises, the flexion angle should reach 100 degrees at 4 weeks.
3.Stitch removal 14 days after surgery
4.Abandon the single crutch at 5 weeks after surgery, and do not support crutches for one and a half months.
Third, mid-term 1 month to 3 months
1.Lower limb muscle strength exercise: supine straight leg raising exercise 10 times per group, 4 groups per day, unassisted walking. Three months after surgery, start squatting against the wall, 1 to 5 minutes each time, 5 to 10 times per group, 10 seconds between sets, 2 sets per day.
2. Joint mobility exercises: sitting leg drop exercises, the flexion angle should reach 120 degrees at 6 weeks.
Fourth, the late 4 months to 12 months
1.Small jump, side walk, backward walk, jogging, swimming (breaststroke is prohibited, and avoid deep water due to occasional leg muscle spasm).
2, flexibility training and skill training, such as side walk hills.
3, 6 months knee range of motion should be greater than 130 °, can resume non-physical contact sports activities, continue training 2 to times a week.
4, after 12 months, the circumference of the thigh to recover more than 95%, resume competitive, confrontational, physical contact sports competition.
Caution.
1, the brace needs to be carried for three months, need to drop the leg or squat exercises when taking off the brace.
2.Do not apply hot compresses, and apply ice after flexion exercises.
3.When sitting on the edge of the bed and dropping the leg, remove the brace, and then repeatedly and slowly flex and extend.
3.If the swelling is serious, reduce the joint movement exercises as appropriate.
4.In the early to middle postoperative period, the muscles have a process from postoperative atrophy to gradual repair, and it is normal for the affected limb to feel weak at this stage.
