I. Initial period (0~7 days)
1.On the day of surgery: After anesthesia subsides, start to move the toes and ankle joints; try to perform isometric contraction exercises of the quadriceps.
2.The first day after surgery: (after the removal of indwelling catheter and drainage tube), you can use crutches and walk on the ground without weight-bearing (not sticking to the ground), and it is normal for the affected limb to feel heavy and swollen.
Supine straight leg raising exercise (brace lock straight) 10 times/group, 2 groups/day Ankle pump exercise 200~300 times/day.
3.3 days~7 days after surgery.
Lower limb walking exercises: repeat the above 2 contents, the affected limb can gradually bear weight and walk on crutches with a support, the crutches time distance from less to more (the support must be brought well and kept straight).
Joint activity exercises: the 7th postoperative day to start sitting leg hanging exercises (1 to 2 times a day, each time progress, avoid repeatedly without progress), hanging leg exercises after bed knee extension exercises, 7 days of general flexion to 90 degrees.
Second, early (8 days ~ 4 weeks)
1.Lower limb muscle strength exercises: supine straight leg raising exercises 10 times/group, 4 groups/day, walking on crutches (if swelling is heavy, walking can be reduced as appropriate) time and distance from less to more.
2, joint movement exercises: sitting leg hanging exercises (or sitting top flexion exercises), the flexion angle should reach 100~110 degrees at 4 weeks
3.Stitch removal 14 days after surgery
4.Four weeks after surgery, abandon the single crutch, one month without crutch.
Third, the middle term (5 weeks ~ 3 months)
1.Lower limb muscle strength exercise: supine straight leg raising exercise 10 times/group, 4 groups/day, unassisted walking. Three months after surgery, start squatting exercises against the wall, 1~5 minutes/time, 5~10 times/group, 10 seconds interval for the next group, 2 groups/day
2.Joint movement exercises: sitting leg hanging exercises (or sitting top flexion exercises), the flexion angle should reach 100~110 degrees at 4 weeks, and 120 degrees at 8 weeks.
Fourth, the late stage (4 months ~ 12 months)
1.Small jump, side walk, backward walk, jogging, swimming (breaststroke is prohibited, and avoid deep water due to occasional leg muscle spasm).
2, flexibility training and skill training, such as walking 8, side walk ramp.
3, 6 months knee range of motion should be greater than 130 °, you can resume non-physical contact sports activities, continue training 2 to 3 times a week.
4, 12 months later, the circumference of the thigh to recover more than 95%, resume competitive, confrontational, physical contact sports competition.
Attention.
1, the brace needs to carry three months, and the brace does not adjust any angle within three months, need to drop the leg or static squatting exercises to take off the brace.
2.Do not apply heat, and apply ice after flexion exercises.
3.If the swelling is serious, you can reduce the joint movement exercise as appropriate.
4, the initial to mid-term postoperative muscle has a process from postoperative atrophy to gradual repair, in this stage the affected limb feeling weak is normal.
