Bipulmonary bronchiolitis is an inflammatory condition involving the distal airways of the respiratory bronchi. 1. On chest CT, in addition to the presence of bipulmonary bronchiolitis, an increase in bilateral lung texture is observed, which may be accompanied by other lung pathologies. 2. The etiology of the disease is unknown, including infectious and non-infectious factors. Patients may present with symptoms such as cough and sputum. It is recommended that the patient consult a doctor promptly after the occurrence of inflammatory changes in the fine bronchioles of both lungs, and actively treat the disease under the doctor’s guidance.
