Itching of the vulva is common due to the following clinical causes: 1. Pseudomonas vulvae, the leukorrhea is tofu-like and clinically causes itching of the vulva. 2. Trichomonas infection, the vaginal discharge is yellow and foamy due to trichomonas infection and causes itching of the vulva. 3. Bacterial vaginosis, the leukorrhea has a great fishy odor and is occasionally accompanied by itching of the vulva. 4. Infection, chlamydia, can also lead to increased vaginal discharge and itchy vulva. Therefore, for patients with abnormal leucorrhea and vulvar itching, routine leucorrhea tests must be done clinically, and if necessary, routine high magnification leucorrhea tests can be done, and medication will be given according to the results.
